Project Information: The Park Avenue building is an existing 12-story structure in Detroit. The project included restoration and adaptive re-use of this historic office building to residential units. The building will be renovated to include grade level retail and Floors 2-12 will consist of residential apartments units, averaging 7 units per floor. Scope of work included, but not limited to:
Façade restoration.
Interior structural restoration including basement and potential value replacement.
Exterior fire escape restoration.
Interior MEP shafts and equipment openings.
Roof top Mechanical unit support framing.
Roof top patio
Reconstruction of penthouse with elevator extending to roof level.
Enlargement of existing elevator pit in basement.

Renovation and rehabilitation of the two-story historic Lincoln Motor Factory & Albert Kahn Building on a 3.8 Acre Parcel
Demolition of a one-story building, while parentally keeping the retaining art wall at the railroad tracks
Demolish the interior of the two-story partially collapsed building and rebuild the façade (as required) to incorporate it into the open public space

Project Information: Adaptive re-use, converting existing historic brewery into a mixed use space including iHeart Radio, multiple restaurants and office space. The main building dates back to the 1800's with large underground barrel vaults used for cold storage for the original brewery. The building has been added to in various additions and renovation making it a complex mix of structural components. Every construction type and material been encountered and utilized to adapt the structure to accommodate the proposed use. Innovate design and construction techniques were used to create window openings in the thick exterior loadbearing wall. Mining scale 72" diameter saws were needed to cut a new stair opening through the thick stone arched basement wall.
